You can do a search for "worn"? It will show all the attachments you have on?

I just decided to try it and found out it works.

So if you're wondering what is that thing attached to you at the moment, just do a search for "worn", without the quote marks of course.

Madame I believe you can find out where everything is attached by going into appearance mode, then click on make new outfit (going in game to verify that now)

***Yes you can see where you have items attached, just not what each item is that is attached there***
