I know that just about everyone who has logged into SL at least once has made comments about the time the world is open. However, my plea is just a little different, so bear with me……

Daylight Savings time is right around the corner, April 6th I think. For the majority of SL users this is no big deal, but for those of us who don’t participate in Daylight Savings time, this switch will have an impact. Right now I am 2 hours behind the West coast, which means by the time I get home from work, eat, at least say hi to my family, I have about a two hour window to log in. Once Daylight Savings goes into effect, my window is down to one hour. I know a lot of you will be saying how lucky I am that I don’t have to stay up till 1 in the morning to be on line and I agree, but at least you have an option.

I know this is a lot to ask for two users (I think that is the total SL users from Hawaii), but would you PLEASE think about us. My idea would be to maybe add an hour onto the end of the day, so instead of closing the servers at 10PM, you could close them at 11.

I keep hearing about people logging in and staying on line until the next day, however when I try this, if I don’t interface with my AV, I crash after about 30 minutes. So running in the door after work, logging in, and going about my business won’t really work for me.

Thanks for listening to me ramble.
