In an industry swarming with self-admitted fanboys and indundated with "hawt" female characters, Official Xbox Magazine has perhaps bucked the trend by naming "Maya" as Virtual Woman of the Year.

Maya is from the Xbox (and PS2 and PC) title Yourself! Fitness, an interactive personalized fitness program. She's definitely attractive, but not buxom, wears regular workout clothing instead of a chainmail bikini, and functions as a virtual personal trainer. She encourages, cajoles, reprimands (if you miss appointments with her) and assists people with a variety of routines. She's been described by reviewers as amazingly realistic, very well animated including segues between movements.

Just thought this might be interesting to some of the avatars in here. Sorry to disappoint any girls who were hoping for the nomination.
