Recently I decided I needed to take up a trade and began going through the SL tutorials.Unfortunatly I have extremely limited knowledge of PSP and how to use it. A more experienced person would have undoubtedly found the present tutorial more than helpful. I found it to basic. Is there anywhere in SL forum that gives a detailed step by step, user friendly, and lots of pictures on the very basics of clothes making?

Do you know how to create an alpha channel in PSP? If not, visit the link in my sig. This will not teach you how to make clothes, but you will need to know how to do alpha channels in order to make clothing textures, so it's a good place to start. The PSP alpha tutorial is step by step with pictures. #! _____________________

Are you going to play this weekend? I have some projects I would like to get started on. Projects -------------------------------- * Force Field (repels physical objects) * Jump Jets (anti - fall passive system) * Anti Push Script * Camo Script (top secret) (notice the defensive scheme) |

I've prepared a tutorial called "Helpful Hints for Wannabe Tailors" It shows step by step how to make a shirt using Paint Shop Pro 7.
The tutorial is set up on the top floor of my tailor shop, at Welsh 57, 32. Everyone who is interested is welcome to come and see it. Just click the viewer to start the tutorial. |

anyone have one for psp 8? I tried the alpha channeling on the other site, the one earlier mentioned but get totally lost because the features are located in a different place on psp 8. Would like to be able to do it but I don't know where stuff is in 8. Anyone have one done for psp 8?

Sia, The Sunshine sisters did a great job in their step by steps explination of making alpha channels. It has helped alot. I do understand exactly what you saying about getting article of clothing created. I have been pounding my head on my desk for the last 2 wks trying to get it to work. Reading the psp book. experminting. reading some more, ASKING TONS of questions, to some very helpful and I have to add patience frinds. ( Got to love them). Joan, Fey..

I'll try to get another tutorial worked up this week. (Yes, everything is very different in 8 -- I'm not at all surprised that the tutorial for 7 left you confused) #! |

it is really different and I appreciate you putting one together for my newbie butt lol. I got as far as masks and i looked and looked and looked and just couldn't find it lol. I really appreciate any help i can, gret to know you like to help people. Thanks again neo
