Ok, my stipend was -small-.
My rating bonus was nada. Er, not our Nada, but nada as in zilch.. zip... zero.
I've got more than $3500, so I get no rating bonus.
That bites.
It sucks green eggs, too. (No ham, because I can't afford that without the rating bonus!)
Can we rethink this? A bonus shouldn't depend on what you already have, but on what you've done to deserve it. In this case, the "what you've done to deserve it" is getting those positive ratings.
If my boss were to say to me that I wouldn't be getting a Christmas bonus because I make XX per hour, but coworkerA is getting a bonus because he only makes X per hour, I'd be seriously PO'd.
Just something to think about...
