How "under NDA" are we still? If we are asked questions by people, what are we allowed to say and not say? Who are we allowed to say it to and not say it to? When does the NDA get lifted? Are we even under one? Usually, beta test periods are accompanied by NDAs, and I was just contemplating that and thought I would ask the questions.
Official Linden responses would be appreciated.

The NDA was lifted when SL went into open beta, it was mentioned in a previous post that as started near the beginning of May I believe  |

Yes, you can make fan sites, post other places, etc!!!! Go crazy!
We did a bad job communicating the change:
On the transition to public beta, the NDA was removed, allowing you to begin talking about SL publicly.
I'll make a broader announcement about this as well!
