4-6 nights a week, 20-30 pushups w. feet elevated on bed, chair etc.. 3 sets of crunches usually 12-15 reps each and 20 minutes of good cardio, either running or stairstepper, most generally a combination of both.

Where are the flag wavers who so laud the freedoms symbolized by a flag and written by quill pens in our constitution? Why are we not rallying in the streets against this sort of attrocity? Why because we are gluttonous lazy bastards who say it won't happen to me so who cares. --Ishtar Pasteur |

I'm a runner who was injured 2 years ago and instead of having surgery i decided to let the wound heal over time.
So i walk about 6 miles a day, ride my 15 speed bike and do various boring exercises. With a little luck, i will resume running on Monday, 6/21... _____________________

Stretches, 3 reps pushups, 3 reps leg-lift ab crunches every morning. Rollerblade about 2 - 3 km 3 times a week. Karate/jiu jitsu class and spar once a week.
I also eat a mainly vegetarian diet with a little bit of sea food and occassionally beef or chicken. ![]() _____________________

I ride a road cycle in the summer - about three nights a week on average an hour each outing.
In the winter I spin - I bought a spinner on Ebay and have it right in my home . I spin about 30 - 40 minutes 5 days a week.I also have two dogs that are active and I walk them at least once a day...most often twice. _____________________

I get up to fetch another tin every so often?
I really ought to get back to the gym. This beer gut is making me look like a pregnant man. _____________________

In RL, I rock climb and just got into lead climbing. You can help me make my vision of rock climbing in Second Life a reality at this thread.

So far my itinerary has been broadly: Bangkok (Thailand) -> Vientiane (Laos) -> Vang Vieng (Laos) -> Luang Prabang (Laos) -> Jing Hong (China) -> KunMing (China) -> Dali (China) -> LiJiang (China, and this is where I am right now) It's pretty inexpensive. Accomodation is like 3usd a day, food quite cheap, you just have to pay for the flight really! In the future, in the short-term, will either head up towards NW of China or go SE down to Hong Kong. I sortof decide as I go ![]() Azelda |

I work out by going to our Allotment about 16 hours a week. Do they have allotments outside the UK? Always been curious about that.

Some cities have them but they are more like cooperatives. We have a small community farm near my cabin in Tryon. The plots are super cheap and the soil is wonderful.
Regarding excersize...Not nearly as much as I used to...health clubs bore me. But I hike whenever possible and give no trace weekend camping trips whenever someone wants one. |

We got ours about 2 years ago and it's a whole lot of work, but it keeps myself and my wife fit and the kids love digging and planting things as well ![]() _____________________

I am a competetive inline speed skater, marathon distances. I try to skate 50-80 miles per week in addition to off-skate plyometric training twice per week.
My races this summer are here (less than a week away!), here (stage 4, central park), and here (Debbie Kohl Race). And people wonder why I'm not online very often lately. ![]() _____________________

I go to the gym four days a week (45 minutes of exercise, then another 45 minutes of rewarding myself in the Jacuzzi and Steam Room!). The other days, I either hike or do this stupid Gazelle thingy that Sig Other left in the apartment. I'm not sure how effective it is - I'm terribly out of shape (recovering from a long illness) and it seems easy even to me! So maybe those days don't count...
