Many of the most successful residents of SL make themselves known here on the boards... BUT, there are a few mysterious types out there, quietly carrying out their plans and influencing things from behind the scenes

Who are these people? And what do they intend to do with us?

For the inquiring mind, I nominate the first personage for exposure to the light of day-

Arthur Money! He has been a fixture atop the leader boards ever since I got here, and every week his cash grows by leaps and bounds. Yet, I have never met this fellow. What sort of secretive financial genius lives in our midst? And will he be my sugar daddy?

Haha I asked him the following:

"Dude, I've been here for 5 months, and you have 10 times my cash. HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MUCH FARKING MONEY?!"

He said:

"Well be advertising and selling trinkets."

I don't have his calling card, I don't know where he lives, and I don't even know if he has any friends. Is this a Linden in disguise or something?

I believe they're both part of the same group, thirty4 interactive, which put up the billboards and the sacrifice pyramid.

The Temple

The Mayan temple in Stanford is a group project owned by Rathe, Yuki, si, and myself. I love going by it and staring at it in all its glory; it brightens up my day. Also, have you sacrificed your monies to the gods yet today? =)

I was frankly stupified by the glory of the temple after first seeing it, and actually got disoriented and briefly lost in its winding innards. I'm not sure how archaeologically accurate it is, but I was impressed as all hell.
