Advice on Land and Accounts

I'm just after a bit of advice please...

A friend and I are thinking of building a shop/house on 2048 sqm, with a view to possible later expansion. We currently both have 512 allocations.

What we were thinking of doing ( and the question is, is this against TOS or anything similar ) is this ..

Both of us sign up for a second premium account, putting each other down as a reference to get the 2000 extra lindens each. Then, add the two alts in and create a group so we get group bonuses for the land, as well as being able to share any other benefits.

We would also then get double stippend every week. This seems a better option than just paying $5 a month each for the extra land, and not getting the group benefits and/or bonus stippend. Yes we could bring in a third party, but we would rather keep this venture between the two of us at the moment.

Is this allowed yes/no ? Or is it a grey area open to interpretation ? I can't seem to find anything in the TOS online

If it is the latter, we would rather do it the correct way, it just seems too good an opportunity not to ask

Actually you get more land allowance by paying an extra $8 on your current account. You get an extra 1024 for $8 bringing your total to 1536. With a second account you only get an extra 512 bringing you to 1024, but you get extra stipend.

Nods .. I had thought about just buying an extra land allowance, but since we need a third person to create the group anyway, we would have had to bring in a third party, which we would rather avoid to start with.

Plus, that extra $L2000+ lindens a month will come in very handy
