The teddy bear museum in Penrith will be closing. I bit off more than I can chew, and will be tiering down. I plan on taking it down Sunday the 19th of June. If you haven't seen it yet, this will be your last chance. Thanks to all who donated teddy bears, and who supported my efforts. If anyone is interested in a large plot of land it will be available after the 19th. It is a bit more than half a sim worth, probably selling for 5 lindens a meter.
