Does anyone know if there is a way to tell the date of purchase on a parcel?

When you right click and select "About Land" on the first tab is, I think, the claimed date. It is right underneath the price and sell to info.

Absolutely!

You've forgotten the most important rule, multiply by a factor of 5, then sell for a profit!

I'd say more, but I have parcels to sell!

Dear Mr. Land Baron,

Since I caught up with you in this thread, I have a quick question of my own.

You know those two rotating For Sale signs you have right next to my property? I was wondering if you make them bigger, and put in some particles.

Thanks.

The date is when the parcel was last claimed from public. For auction land, this will be the date that the parceling Linden divided up the Sim. It is not the date of last purchase.

I wish there was a way to look back through the purchase history of lots, but it would be complex becuase of reparcelling. I guess each 4m x 4m square could have a history attached?
