Hi All,

We are working on a little something here at the labs, and I was wondering if anyone can send me a graphic of the term "Second Life" in Japanese. I would need a pretty high resolution file, so vector art would be ideal..

In case no one has helped you yet - I can make a image in paintshop pro with a text vector using the microsoft japanese font (MS Mincho). My tests show that you wont be able to edit the text but you could resize it and colour it, etc. Don't know if you would need the font either.

You guys can probably get the font yourselfs if you install a language pack (probably going to http://yahoo.co.jp will trigger installing it). Though I have a japanese keyboard which you might need, dunno

Well how's this file work for you. I just wrote 'Second Life' as a foreign word would get written. If you want an actual translation of 'Second Life' into kanji I can get my wife to make up something, but it might have side-meanings you don't want

Thanks a lot. I actually was thinking of a more bold, squared off Kanji character, like the ones you see on many anime posters (see this one: http://www.production-ig.co.jp/anime/surveillance/)

Any help would be great!

Err the computer I'm on now is having trouble with kanjis. So I have to use ghetto links to kanji images. Maybe Oracle can make a new image.

Oracle I think the 'second' of 'second life' would be more like these kanjis, meaning 'ni ban'

instead of the 'ni' you used. (BTW these kanji images are white so if you have white background, you have to highlight them
