Seriously.
I wanted to purchase from DwellGet and found TP to Taco blocked. Reported it to Live Help and was advised to relog. Now Taco isn't on the map, not listed as a region and shows up as 'unknown region' if you search for it, or DwellGet in places...

I see it in the reigon list, but didn't try to TP there. Maybe they had it invisible though.
