I noticed this the other day and thought I would share this finding with you all. I hope it is on topic as it is an observation.

When you advertise your land in the find places, your description serves as keywords, or search terms, for people to find the plot. I discovered that some try to cram as many terms in as possible so there is a better chance of being found, and fail to use spaces. For example:
Shirts,skirts,lingerie,primshoes,poseballs,motorcycles,freebeer,prefabhouses.

You have to have a space between the words because when searching, the find tool thinks that your description is one long word. The only term in the example above that would be found is, Shirts. All the other terms will go unrecognized. If you add a space, you will be good to go with good search terms. Just a heads up to double check your land description, if your advertising, and make sure your being found properly.

Also if you are a shopping mall don't claim to sell everything on the grounds that one of your tenants is bound to be selling it.

If I'm looking for whatsits I'm not going to tp to your mall, spend ages waiting for it to rez and then explore in the off chance that you were telling the truth.

Once you've done that once you automatically filter out obvious malls as you know it is just spam.

The order of the description keywords matters to customers using Find. I don't like wasting time looking through a mall for one particular category of thing, like new hair. If there's a huge list of stores with 'hair' in the description I look at the places with 'hair' near the start of the list.

Good tip Loki. I did not know that.

This is the primary reason I stopped patronizing malls. I don't generally window shop and got really tired of following a FIND reference to dozens of shops with no order, map or easy method of actually finding what I was looking for.

Two mall-oriented models that do work for me are courtyard arrangements, such as E-city, and teleporting maps like the one the Clovers used to have in Clyde.

Slightly off topic, I've closed most of Fate Gardens' remote shops. People seem to not want to buy plants from vendors without seeing them on the landscape first. I've consistently sold far more from Taber, with no more advertising than the keywords in FIND, than I have from all the popluar (high dwell) shops put together.
