Does your cat show any of these odd behavioural patterns?

I think they watch days of our lives while drinking martini's but since I'm at work I can't be sure.

While I read the forums, my cat often sits on my lap with her paws on the edge of the desk in front of the keyboard and looks at the monitor. Whenever I see a mention of the FIC, I look down at her and say, "FICK! FICK!" and my cat looks up at me and meows her approximation, "FICK! FICK!" If I see a good FIC-loaded post and she's asleep or something, I call, "FICK! FICK!" and she springs up, charges across the room, and leaps onto and slides across the desk, going, "FICK! FICK!" This very minute, she's here FICKing and purring and getting her tail up my nose.

My cat reads books but only for the pictures. He is very puzzled at why we stare at the things so. As he's gotten older, he's decided this is just something he will never figure out. I can tell by his affected look of disinterest. Fortunately, as he's gotten older, he's also decided I don't control the weather after all, and has stopped yelling at me about it when it gets rainy or cold. (It makes sense, you know - I do control light.) coco
