I was wondering if there was anyway to track down items that get lost in the world, everynow and then my mouse might go screwy, and an item will be flug some 200 or more meters away where i'll never find it. I may forget that i built an item, or code a flying object that i may never find.
All these items from everyone probably creates alot of trash on the system. I'd really like a way to track the items of mine that are floating around in the world.
I't be great if I could access an online list with the co-ordinates of all the inworld objects that belonged to me.

All of your owned objects in world show up blue on your map screen, this will at least let you find the general area where your object is, Saddly this dosn't help with the HIGHT an object is at but it can get you closer

Every say 3 days or so I sweep the entire game to see what objects have gone public and which still remain, I check high and low. Decayed objects are objects that are generally on either someone elses land or on public land. So generally I go out looking for decays and delete them. Also there is a way that if an object is on public land and won't enter the decay stage you can claim that empty land and then delete the object. It won't make you any money but then you release the land back and get your money back. That's the great thing about public decay is that they will reward you for cleaning up the server of unneeded objects. Even if they do have or come up with a better method of tracking objects it will still be hard for people who make money off of decayed stuff.
