I've moved now from Welsh to Clyde 50,225. On Sunday 1,000 objects were added to the sim bringing it to the edge of the danger zone for object usage (75%).

I couldn't finish my build because I didn't want to push things over the edge. So I moved about 30m away to Clyde. At least I'm still in the neighborhood :)
