Is anyone else having to re-login like every few minutes or so, while browsing or posting on the forums? Are our cookies not lasting that long or what? Its kind of annoying to have to keep logging in so often, heh.

Just reporting in: No forum login problems here either.
Only place I ever have to log in is the main site (downloads, resident life, etc.) _____________________

I have to login to the forums every time I come to the forums, except when I already had logged in in this browser window.

I have login issues as well. If it takes me too long to write a post, I will surely have to login again after submitting (which means I have to remember to copy the text and repost after I re-login). Quite a pain.

I have to login again if I haven't clicked a link for several minutes; sometimes writing a post will cause my login to time out. (And yes, I have cookies enabled.)

Ok, those of you who are having login troubles on the *forums* - which browser are you using, and what version number of said browser?

I have to log in every few minutes. I'm using Opera6....which might be why. The main Second Life page, doesn't load at all in Opera...it does some weird Flash test over and over again, so I link directly to the forum.
If I need to access the main page I use IE, but I just prefer Opera. Danny |

Click here and make sure the second and third options are 'Yes' - Automatically log in each time, and browse the board with cookies. Then make sure your browser has cookies enabled, and all should be good.
Oh yeah, if that link doesn't work use the board jump on the bottom left of this page to go to user control panerl or user cp, then go to edit options. |
