I'm probably not the best to lead this, but I promise you I am a very very concerned individual and would be willing to put my money where my mouth is.

I have a lot of critical assets in SL now and I need them backed up properly. I can't just go to bed every night and pray that the individuals who brought us ghosting prims and unclustered inventory servers are going to properly keep my inventory intact.

It's at a point now where I need to know my data is safe and sound.

All those who have built serious content need to get together and we need to make our voice heard.

We all suffer from this problem. If we build something significant, it is critical that we can confidently access it at all at some point in the distant future.

I really suggest you either post in this thread or hotline your concerns about proper backup.

People have lost inventory before. This does happen.

Don't wait for it to happen to you.
