This guy is running some sort of data center off of diesel fuel...he's trying to keep internet connectivity in his business running, while also fending off looters. It's nuts. He has a webcam that has several live feeds. He's as close to the ground as you can get, I guess... no Fox News or CNN stuff. LF _____________________

Since I've been a bit sick lately and can't really concentrate on forums or SL, I've been hanging in the IRC channel with these guys. Its pretty amazing and horrifying at the same time. The blog is "live and direct" in the old Max Headroom sense, and you really can't tear yourself away.
I suggest interdictor-digest for confirmed news bits, including updates, if you don't prefer a lot of chatter. _____________________
