SLBoutique.com is fine. I think.

Well, to add to the party...

The worst that can happen to SLB is this: someone could add an object to an SLBoutique's seller's catalog INACTIVE... however, unless that same person logs in as the seller, it would not be available on the site, as it would default to "NOT FOR SALE".

I want to thank the Lindens in advance for giving us advice (in the tech forum) several months ago that led me to develop my deposit structure the way I did. Otherwise, I'd be compromised. The Lindens have been very forthright and supportive of my many questions all along.

I want to thank everyone who's trusted SLBoutique.com and was the re-iterate that we have controls at every level for catching scammers, spammers, and troublemakers. We will continue to do so.

Regards,

-Flip

Who gave the advice? Which forum was it?

Hey Blaze!

Have you ever read any of the tech forums? Please glean info... in addition...

Adam Zaius helped me out with a few completely random scenarios I hadn't considered. I thank him dearly for it. He's a good guy. I found it odd, since, you know, we're competitors and all. But he did anyway. You see, he's a GOOD GUY.

Have some of Adam's wine. Its good.

Yes, that is rather decent of him.

Still, I was referring to this:

You both are pretty great people. :)

As someone who keeps an eye on businesses in general, you two and your on-line retail stores inspire confidence and set an example for good business practices in SL.

Yes because Flip got help from

1. Tech forum replies from Lindens
2. Adam Zaius

Two different entities.

Now if only I could get moving and actually make some clothes, I could put them on SLBoutique. :D

PS- Flip your forum AV still freaks me out.

hehehehe, Rimble, that's what its there for! I think it might be time for a new forum AV, however. I just need to find something just as scary!

As for Blaze's need to know everything, I forget which Linden it was, but it was in a thread concerning PERMISSION_DEBIT and how to ensure it works correctly... as well as some advice on additional steps that can be taken to secure things.

And no, Blaze, I'm not going digging for it... you can feel free to, however. Here, have a beer, relax, its not a conspiracy. :-)
