you should instead get like 8 or 10 (or however many) little monitors so when you have all your alts logged in at once , you can get that collage effect.

All I can say is I wish! I am happy to just have the 17" LCD to play on lol!
BTW, if you are offering to get me one so that I may post my review of it here, I won't refuse ![]() _____________________

Hmm. I'm a little worried about the heat dissipation in my office. Between the server rack and my track lighting, it gets a tad warm in here.

dual monitors
09-01-2005 14:43
I'm running on dual Samsung 213T flatscreens (21.3 inches each) placed side by side. They're thin profile monitors, so the seam in the middle is minimal. I get a terrific field of view. I'd like to be running three, so I didn't have the seam in the middle.

Projector

A power point projector can give you a whole wall of SL. Three problems: niose, heat, and a bit of sea sickness. The first two can be dealt with by recessing. The last is a bit specific to individuals. You can, however, live in SL.

I have yet to hook up my PC to my new 61" Samsung 1080p TV. I'll post here when I get around to it.
(I don't get in-world much from home right now... I'm doing 12/7 at work, and just come home to sleep, pretty much.) _____________________

I've played a few times using a 42" HDTV. It works nicely, but I tend to think too much about the possibility of burn-in so I don't keep it on for long.
I prefer using multiple monitors anyways. I find it increases my efficiency. _____________________
