Well as many of you know the hurricane Katrina fund auction is going to be happening saturday at 4pm and some of the lindens have volunteered to step up on the auction block again...well Jeska is among those volunteers...yep she stepped up willing to donate 1 hour of her time.. most of you are not clueless that i love jeska very much and most of you should know that i will bid on her. How much do you think she is worth? when should i say when and stop bidding? i figure either way i cannot go wrong because the money is going to the victims of hurricane katrina via redcross..help me out here! Did any of you attend the last auction? How much did the other lindens go for and was she auctioned off last time?

Saturday 4pm in the sim jaffee, and yes so far this is what linden lab has provided thus far but it is schedule to change (additions to the list)
Hamlet linden 2 hours Jeska Linden 1 hour Pathfinder linden 2 hours Jack Linden 1 hour Also some Secondlife items have been donated from linden lab, two of those nifty leather bound journals that catherine linden makes were donated. These journals may be autographed by all the lindens..never know Many other things have been donated but that is what LL has supplied this far. One other thing of intrest is a $1,000usd gift certificate to geneisus sions www.artventuresgallery.com those are the things that i think people are really going to trip over themselves to get, i could sit here and list what will be auctioned all day and might do that friday but right now im trying to get other affairs in order so that right there is the headlines of what will be auctioned off. |

Everyone paid L$250 for a ticket, and got added to the group.. Where your avatar was at the time of the auction was pretty irevilent, although that wasn't clear to everyone.. The main event was limited to people being auctioned and event co ordinaters.. There were a few overflow locations and everything was done in group chat.. But it would've been better if this was made clear in the event listing... But I don't think they had a lot of time or knew how popular the event was going to be.. _____________________

Hamlet is a hoot, i never knew he was that successfull i always thought he was just a linden lab employ that wrote about the game... all i can say is google his real life name which can be found all over.. the man is golden far more successfull than i would have imagined.

The one you should be worried about is me. I have not yet donated to the Katrina relief, have a sum of money set aside to do so, and am still debating whether it'll be your auction I use some of that money at. _____________________
