Once I edit and plot land, that I intend to buy, how can I tell how many square meters I have? I think the opening plot (small) is about 3x3 meters but I lose track when I stretch it out. I know that I will need at least a 12X12 plot to build a small cabin. Any help is appreciated..this is a great game!
Thanks::)

Land measurement tip

Hello Peter and welcome,

Lots are devided into 4x4 meters, to obtain a 12x12 plot, click and drag on the land to mark out a rectangle that's at least 12 by 12 meters.

tip: as you drag the mouse the selection lines snap to the next 4x4.

Hope this helps.

By the way Looks like we might be related.
Distant cousins maybe :-)

Look for me "in world"

All the best,

Hey Cous, thanks for the help, after I posted I found out that it's 4X4. I guess careful dragging and counting the squares as they add on is the way. Just thought I missed a little window someplace that would display the area in sq meters. Must have a family reunion, thers's a bunch of Cartier's out there..hehe:D

Yea, a Cartier "Family Reunion" could be fun :-)
Just to see how many of us are out there so far.
You are the only other Cartier I have come across so far but there must be more.

See ya,
Sinatra
