Avatar help!

I was a girl put on a avatar took it off ALL PEICES are gone and I cant change back to a girl! please help me!!!!

if you saved your shape:
1) click the inventory button. the inventory window should be open now
2) look for the "my inventory" folder.
3) if it's not already open, open the "my inventory" folder. inside you should find the "clothing" folder
4) if it's not already open, open the "clothing" folder. inside you should see a folder with the name you shaved your shape as.
5) drag one of that folder from the inventory window onto your avatar. you should change shape.

if you did not save your shape before putting on that other avatar:
1) click the inventory button. the inventory window should be open now
2) scroll to the very top. you should see the "library" folder
3) if it's not already open, open the "library" folder. inside you should find the "clothing" folder
4) if it's not already open, open the "clothing" folder. you should see several "femal shape & outfit" folders.
5) drag one of these from the inventory window onto your avatar. you should change to a female shape.
you're going to need to readjust your av.

yeh, I made that mistake, someone gave me a monkey avatar, I dragged it on me, and was stuck 2' tall and gangly for days, until I figured it out.
