Did you know that if you take all the Gorillaz' animated music videos and play them in order, back to back, it makes a story?

I'm thinking the title is 2001 or something like that. Have to look it up though

Neet! Can you name them in order? (Gotta work my Kazaa muscle, but for that, I need titles ;-) )

OK, this question bugged me too, and i like trying to find things out. So, i trawled the web to try and find out.

The only thing i've really found is this.

"This stupid title came from the vocalize of 2-D in the beginning that reminds some of western films where CE is the protagonist"

I'm not sure how true that is, but it's the only thing I can find!

Actualy... only 2 of the videos can really be made into a concurrent story if I remember correctly...

19-2000
Clint Eastwood

The other videso are for "Tomorrow Comes Today" and "Rock The House" both of which don't really fit in with the other two, Rock The House MIGHT I forget how it began and ended. If it does fit in, it probly goes after 19-2000 or after Clint Eastwood.

I don't know why its called Clint Eastwood either, :P

I just played 19-2000 and then Clint Eastwood, and I can't find a story?

I think this might be how Urban Legends get started.

Aren't both of those videos animated by the same artist? I think that's about as far as the link goes.

But then again, if you run one of them backwards and play the music from the other, you'll find the true agenda of the gorillaz.

All. Four. Damnit.

Look, I've SEEN the videos myself. The animated ones. The ones with the space station, the giant robot (or was it a monkey), and others. Those. From a long time ago. Those.

Back to back in the order they came out. I've SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. This is no urban legend. No myth or mystery. Just get the *** **** videos and watch 'em.

Moleculor.. i could be wrong, but i believe you're thinking of the Daft Punk videos.. the ones that look like classic Japanese animation, right?

the Gorillaz videos are done by (i think) Jaimee Hewlitt and look like the Tank Girl comic books. ..one video (19-2000?) includes an incredibly large moose on a bridge.

In 19-2000 they die, in Clint Eastwood they're in a graveyard. I believe thats how it went.

And yes Daft Punk also did that, those were good.

The Gorillaz video Rock The House has a giant gorilla/robots in it.

NO!

I said what I said and I meant what I said!

That's it. Tonight I'm downloading all four videos, watching them tomorrow (or the next day), and then posting the correct order here.

If this Gorillaz compiled animated story is as neat as Daft Punk Interstella 5555, I'll be suitably impressed.
