Hey all,

This is just a heads-up to let everyone know that today's exploit DID affect SL Exchange. However, the compromise was minor and caused no problems. A small server-side patch and some fast work by Linden Lab took care of the issue.

I want to confirm for everyone that we have a full audit of what the hackers did, and no member accounts were compromised and no member information was stolen. Furthermore and as stated in the last paragraph, we have added extra server-side security so that we cannot be compromised again if something similar happens in SL.

You may now continue with your regularly scheduled program. :)

Thanks for the update.

You see, our experts describe you as an appallingly dull fellow, unimaginative, timid, lacking in initiative, spineless, easily dominated, no sense of humour, tedious company and irrepressibly drab and awful. And whereas in most professions these would be considerable drawbacks, in chartered accountancy they are a positive boon.
