I just downloaded the 7-day trial, but every time the license agreement window pops up I can’t go any further…anyone else have this problem?

This is usually a sign that you are on a dial up connection. Toi handle all the data we stream, we require a broadband (Cable Modem or DSL being the two most popular home options) connection.

This may be occuring if you're running other programs on the PC (or on another PC on the home network), or in some rare cases, if your GFX card isn't up to snuff. In any case, e-mail Colin and he will help. He's cool
