I just wanted to take a moment and thank the Lindens profusely!!
I made a mistake, it was a quite costly mistake, but I thought I have proof I made the mistake and the sl player I made the mistake with has been inactive for quite some time with...I'll just write the lindens and see if they can help me. That was several days ago. Today they helped me!!! I was completely amazed!! Thank you all you Lindens, I know sometimes it seems you're under appreciated, but in this instance I think I'll build you a shrine!!!  _____________________

I did that once... under another account (which is still banned from forums with no response from lindens as to why)
but they said they couldn't help me also, i started playing SL less because I couldn't access the forums under my main name, and yeah... They lost my premium membership |
