I would like to thank those of the Cherokee Nation for giving me a place to grow and learn more of my People's history, and share it with others of like mind. Our conversation last night, while not deep, was very rewarding to me.

Peace,
Joseph

Is it change of place or change of pace? Now I'm confused.

it's a change of pace. I grew weary of seeing the "I hate you now die" posts, burning up the forums. :)

Not my style. :) Doesn't matter where it is, in my opinion. Just thought people would like something refreshingly "Brady".

Wow what a wonderful opportunity Joseph! Was it limited to Cherokee or were others who were interested in Cherokee history allowed to attend?

As far as I'm concerned, anyone who's interested is welcome. :) Look me up in world, and I'll be happy to ask.

Very cool. Would you mind putting up a location/link to this place? I'm not as Cherokee as I'd like to be (only 1/16th, which most don't even count as 'being' at all), but I do have some interest in learning more and especially understanding the history of the 'Trail of Tears'.

Thank you. :)
