Howdy,
I was wondering if there is a way to IM people that are in game whilst your out of game. I know they have the email feature is it as simple to just reply to them so you can IM them back? Or is there some place on the site where we can go to login and IM that way?

only way i know how to do it is to reply to the email and they will get it in world maybe that will be something they will conceder in the future who knows  |

I never had a problem with email. Though, it does have to be in response to a message, you cant start a conversation from email and the IMs do expire after a while, a few days I beleive.
Gmail works great for this.
