When you finally get the log in problems solved, please send out a mass mailer, because I'm one paying customer who's just not going to bother wasting my time anymore.

So please, when it's fixed, send out an email since I'm not going to try to log in again until it's fixed. If it takes more than 2 weeks, I'll be dropping down to a non paying basic account.
