If you haven't signed up from beta its likely your account has been wiped, you need to talk to a linden..
Original sign up date was by june 23rd but lindens pushed it back to the 30th... they are in the process of wiping un signed up beta accounts....
to make a beta account pay you don't ahve to sign up a new account you just convert it so it looks like you've missed out and your account has been wiped... so to play you may need to start a whole new avatar etc....
check with the Lindens first though of course....
