Actually if you search you'll find out that alot of old swap card kiosks have been removed. Such as Taber and the Island locations.

Yeah non-Linden land ones were taken out last I recall.
However, one thing I found helpful was to ask actual Lindens for their cards if you couldn't get them otherwise. They are "living dispensers". Like, one time, Jack made me go and play hide and seek in a forest for his.
