After spending the last week thinking hard about it, I've decided that I'm going to switch real jobs and move out of the Bay Area. While this is a very exciting opportunity for both myself and my family, it has the HUGE downside that I'll need to drop out of Second Life for at least the next several months while wrapping up with current project, getting house on the market, finding new house, and learning my new job.
I've had so much fun in SL and I'm going to miss it terribly. This was my first real online community and I can't wait to get back.
In the meantime, I won't be able to stay ahead of taxes without actively making new content, so I'm going to have a fire sale and drop my prices hugely over the next couple of days. If you want portraits, artwork, my avatar skins (including Law-ra for Charlie!), display and sales scripts, or my newsletter script, just come by -- everything 90% off! Then I'll be able to let my account coast until I am able to get back in.
Also, for those who subscrie to the Law Muphy newsletter, I'm sorry to say that this Monday's will be the last until I return. I hope that you feel you got your money's worth, but it not, find me in world and I'll return the L$50.

Awe man another person I didnt want to see threaten to leave lol I know youll be back. You will be missed. Of course I will come get the Lawra  Btw Law with the new script you wrote me maybe we can setup a display somewhere where we can still dump money into your acct with sales while you are out. Just a thought. |

I think I can safely say that anytime you are anywhere, Bel, we can declare it a party! My schedule is going to be really mucked up this week, so I'll try to get in when I can and IM folks. I'll also start cleaning up the gallery when I can get in. Charlie, I'm not threating to leave -- I'm just on sabbatical (sp?) for a while ! Law Murphy |
