You do realise that is what everyone infested to the teeth with both always says at first? (giggle) But seriously, it sounds like one of the various graphics driver bugs or a cache problem with your browser. For whatever reason, display gets corrupted and suddenly things start showing up where they shouldn't. If you see it again, try flushing your browser's cache and if that doesn't work, change resolution, reboot, then restore it to normal. If none of that works, like someone else said, take it out back and shoot it.
