The Slate Neighborhood Association is looking for new residents!
With that in mind, I have decided to continue my 1/2 off Land Sale.
Any land that I currently own, is now 1/2 off the suggested system price. So, if you find a plot of land owned by me, and the system says it's 2500, I'll sell it to you for 1250!
There are a few "strings" of course.
First, the Slate Neighborhood Association is looking for residents that will keep to the "Nature" theme we have already established. By purchasing land from me, you accept this and will abide by this theme.
Second, we in Slate believe strongly in community. We are looking for people who will be active socially and even host events in Slate.
Third, we in Slate also believe strongly in the idea of communication with our neighbors. This means if you have issue with a neighbor, you will discuss it, and not have a PRIM war!
Fourth, you must agree to grant me the first right to buy back the land at the same price you purchased it, if you ever decide to move.
Fifth, you agree to sell back the land to me if you do not live up to the above conditions, for the same price you purchased the land for.
If you would like to live in a wonderful community, with great neighbors, a beautiful nature theme, and quiet and relaxing area, contact me either here or in-game.
This sale is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, no plots will be "held" while you think about it.
Thanks!

That's a great deal Bob....and I would like to express a warm welcome to any folks who take you up on your offer. I have lived in Slate since early July and have been very happy with the way it has been progressing. Yes , like all sims, we have people coming and going but I for one think that our "nature" theme is going in the right direction. Slate has some unique and interesting topography that I think when all is said and done will make it one of the most attractive Sims to live in. So if you are looking for a home site...give us a look...If you like trees, hills, water, trees, natural settings and good neighbors.. (oh yeah did I mention trees.) this may be just the spot for you.......

I love Slate, it's one of my favorite sims, even though that cool post modern building is gone now. The only problem is that train. I wish it really worked. If I was ultimate hella rich, I'd make a working train all over SL, but that would cost a lot of money, and use up a lot of land.
