From 5.1 (v) take any actions or upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit Content that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information I know the diference (more or less) between most of those, but what's a time bomb and cancelbot??

A cancelbot is a USENET critter. It's a bit of code that wanders around, telling various newsgroup servers to cancel particular posts by particular people, thereby eliminating said particular peoples' posts from USENET. Not nice. Unless you didn't like said particular people.

5.4 Age. Linden cannot absolutely control whether minors gain access to the Service, and makes no representation that users are not minors. Linden cannot ensure that other users will not provide Content or access to Content that parents or guardians may find inappropriate or that any user may find objectionable. You are prohibited from conducting any activity that is not in compliance with the Community Standards.
So does this mean if you see a minor in the game.. you can't ask LL to ban them?

So does this mean if you see a minor in the game.. you can't ask LL to ban them? No, it just means that parents can't sue for their kid seeing something fun in SL. Kids will still be banned.
