Ok, here is a stupid newbie question for ya....
I have bought a number of items lately that have been "boxed". Now I know how to get stuff out of these to use, but i'm running into a problem. A number of these items have been listed as no-copy when looking at it in the "box", and can't be moved out of the box into my inventory to use. Is there any way to get these out? I'm building up quite a collection of unuseable(and expensive for a newbie) items in my inventory.

How do I move them out then? Every time I try it just beeps at me, and never puts it into my inventory.

You are dragging it straight from the object's contents box to a folder in your inventory, yesh? ok, one possibility: Edit menu --> Preferences --> "Popups" tab "Popups I have disabled" find "Always move inventory from objects in the world?" click it, then click the button "Enable this Popup". |
