I'm still in the renting mode, and looking around for a nice city styled or small town sim that I can call home. Grigamo is wonderful and I"d love to hear suggestions of other places to look that might have small apartment/loft spaces to rent with a reasonable SIM count. I don't need free, but would like a low rent if possible. Even a warehouse space that I could fix up would be fun. Ideas?

Hey Denrael, sorry all all my spaces in Grignano were gone when you talked to me earlier. I am developing some new areas that you might be interested in. One is similar in style to Grignano and is going up just SW of the Montara Telehub. For now it's called Montara Corner and is next to the Montara Bridge on the south side.

The other area is a seaside village in Cowell, just west of the Noyo Telehub. It is a reconstruction of an ancient city that existed on that spot thousands of years ago. It is just south of what remains of the Forest of Kahruvel.

Both are still under construction at the moment.

Be sure to check out the "Property Sales and Rentals" thread in the Classifieds section off these forums. That is where many people put notices regarding rentals that are available.

I have private apartments available in Ravenglass Hall for $250/week/250 prims, free extra space for vehicle parking and free vending space on the docks.

If you don't mind PG, I have homes in Brown, which is a Linden-zoned sims with quiet, suburban-like, tree-lined, streets, parks, street-lights, etc. 512s start at $150, 1024 is $250/week, with 117 and 234 prims respectively. You also get free vending space in the market at Brown.

Rent stalls and walls for $25-$50/week 25-50 prims from Ravenglass Rentals, the mall alternative.

Thank you all, especially you Jack. I will be sure and check out all these places as soon as possible...they just don't like me bathing in the welcome area fountain for some reason!
