There is what I consider to be a big bug when an object spans across a sim line. The object becomes phantom around the sim line.
Basically, we built a bridge between one sim and another, but when someone walks over it they fall through when they get near the sim line. The only way to fix seems to be to raise the land under the bridge at the sim line until the land intersects the bridge partway. The bridge still acts phantomed, but the avatars won't fall through because the land is just under the bridge (although their feet will still sink through a bit).
Has anyone else noticed this bug?

I had this problem in beta. They told me to build a double. One coming from each side of the sim line. I don't know if it works as I ended up selling that half of my isle to Sia.

Yes, the only fix I know is to have the two objects overlap over the border.

Phantom objects on sim line

Hi all,
Let me explain what is happening. When you build an object on a region, that region carries the information on the object. However, if you drag that object across a border, the neighbor region does not have that info and therefore does not know the object exists, and that is why you fall through it. We have plans in the future to address this but in the meantime you will need to split the prims so that some live on each side of the two regions you want to bridge. In my experience, there is still about a 1m funny spot right at the border.
