What kind of store would you like to see?

As a fairly-new member to SL (and loving it!), I'm looking for a way to make some honest money.

I have lots of previous modeling, texturing, and lighting experience (3ds MAX, mostly), but only basic programming/scripting other than html/flash/simple c++ stuff.

Is there any types of stores you'd like to see in the game? Any objects you'd like to "own", but don't feel like wasting your time creating the items and textures that go along with it?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. The only two I've come up with so far are a furniture store (how original is that? haha) and POSSIBLY a real-estate agent/architect. Find a nice plot of land, spend some time building a stylish home, and then selling it for profit to someone who either doesn't have the time/patience/skills.

BTW- stop by the WWIIOL Embassy at Taber (150,100) close to there. Im tearing it down.. Too expensive on taxes.
