Lindens, thanks. Really. Everywhere I look there are piles of requests for new features, complaints, suggestions, messages and situations to be attended to. (Many of them are mine!) It's easy to forget that just because we're paying for the game and you're drawing paychecks, it doesn't mean you're not putting in some really hard work that deserves kudos. Even though I want freedom from some of the Linden leadership, I appreciate all the work you do, as unpraised as it must often be.

Thanks for all the hard work. ^_^ This game rules my world.

I thank the Lindens every single time I get the chance. Second Life is the game of my dreams, and I wouldn't doubt many other peoples' dreams too. To have such a thing come to reality still takes my breath away and I can't help but thank the Lindens on a constant and consistent basis.

Thank you! :D

big thanks to the lindens, especially due to the fact that unlike many businesses they actually LISTEN to us. I'm sure that theres more example but 2 that come to mind are when we we're upset about it possibly being only up 22 hrs, and now with the new trial accounts and now letting them fly anywhere,
Again BRAVO, these are great people

Look in the projects forum soon though, anyone who wants to thank the lindens. I am working on a project that i will be announcing soon, and i could really use a lot of help. I'll probably post it tommorow night, so stay tuned.

I too want to thank the LL for their great job in development and even now their job of support.

One thing I would challenge everyone on though is HOW we should be thanking the Lindens.

I currently run three events a week. Two SL Basics and the "Inside the Second Life" show every Friday evening. I believe the best way all of us can thank the Lindens is to give back to our community in the way of Events. We need more and more events to make SL a place people want to be. Once we start having more events, more people will want to come to our community and be a part of it.

So, I challenge everyone, to match me by running at least ONE major event a week, and if possible, run also a newbie event like SL Basics, to not only thank the Lindens, but also make SL an even more wonderful place to live and play!

My thanks and reverence goes out to the Lindens too :)

P.S. One of the Lindens *told* me George W. was going to give all SL'ers a tax rebate to compensate us for our medical problems, including but not limited to, blurry vision, insomnia, divorce lawyer fees, high cholesterol, emphysema, carpal tunnel, back problems, et al, caused by living in front of a PC. ;~)

Anyone know where iI can get ahold of a form SL-8MYLIFE-03 ?

To the Lindens:

For having the imagination to think of SL...thank you.

For doing the hard work needed to implement SL and keep it running...thank you.

For being sincerely interested in what we want and giving us a part in determining what SL becomes...thank you!

Thanks for the metaverse!

Dave, you were saying this is the game of your dreams.

Mine too. Literally.

Second Life is so much like the way that I dream, that now, more than not, my dreams are actually in Second Life.

I'm taking this as a sign of the game's very deep and lasting effect on me.

Thank you Lindens. Please, keep up the stupendous work!

Adding to the voices...

Thanks eversomuch Linden Labs for creating SL! My mouth was left hanging open for most of my trial period, but I have practiced keeping it closed nowadays.
This is so 'out of a scifi novel' - there is nothing else out there that even toutches what you have created!

(one thought - have you guys considered putting an addiction warning on the SL website? lol)
