If you are fluent in sign-language and can stay with and translate for a second life resident, we will provide to you a complimentary 2-day convention ticket as well as 512m of land at the in-world convention.

Awwww. I am a certified sign language interpreter, but I don't have the means to be able to attend the convention. I really wish I did, that would be cool.

Where are you coming from? If transportation is the issue, maybe we can get you some help there.

The most successful software company in the world does a piss-poor job on all these points. Particularly the first three. Why do you expect Linden Labs to do any better?
Yes, it's true, I have a blog now!

this would sure be a good example of someone who, in my view, would deserve some L$ donations to help pave the way to get to SLCC!

i'll be keeping my eye on this thread..

Posted to Craig's list about this.

The only bit of sign language I understand is the one where you extend your middle finger :)

Good to know you've remembered that in lieu of the one where you extend two fingers in a V, palm toward the person, other fingers folded, in a sign of non-hostility. ;)
