I am curious if this is a local ad campaign or nationwide. Every other commercial on TV lately has been a Ford commercial where they show images of south Florida (where I live) and sing a hip hop type song that repetivley says "drive it like a Ford, drive it like a Ford...."
I wouldn't even mention it but this thing plays 1000's of times a day here. I caught my 3 year old singing it today.
Is this commercial playing where you live? If so, are they using the same South Beach/ South Florida images?

WTH does 'drive it like a Ford' mean anyway - seems like especially bad timing considering the 3.8 Million vehicle recall they announced this week.
Maybe 'drive it like a Ford' means 'straight to the shop, if you make it'?? |

"drive it like a Ford" is simply another commercial using another older song to sell a product.. trying to be all cool and stuff..

I'm in SoFla too and see that commercial no less than 15 times a night during a couple hours of TV> It has GOT to be the most annoying commercial EVER!!!
Dunno if it's national or not, but it seems like it would be.

Speaking of GM - I think the Snoop / Chrysler commercial is a bit ironic.
Though, I bet they sell a lot of those new Chryslers to the Crips.
