One of the recent updates - either 1.5.4. or 1.5.5 seems to have changed how the camera behaves when you sit. I have dance vending machines from Francis Chung that prior to this update, positioned the camera in front of the machine when an avatar selected the sit action. Now, the camera goes behind the avatar, in this strange zoomed inside the head pseudo mouselook thing. Can anything be done to flip the camera back, other than begging the Lindens not to change things that are, um, working ? See attached photo to see what I mean. The first image is how it looks now - the second is how the same machine looked previously, when you got inside of it.

That's not a 1.5.4 thing, that's a 1.5 thing.

Didn't Philip say in the town hall that the camera would be set back to it's original behavior in one of the next updates?

From: Moleculor Satyr That's not a 1.5.4 thing, that's a 1.5 thing. Thanks for the clarification - but I have used them since 1.5 was released, with no issue until very recently.

From: Princess Medici Didn't Philip say in the town hall that the camera would be set back to it's original behavior in one of the next updates? There was a question about a shift in the camera when you enter Edit mode, but that was all from the town hall. I am not sure if this is caused by the same thing - I have no problem building or anything else, but sitting has gone crazy for me. Even sitting on normal furniture, the camera comes out behind my head half the time.
