Yup there was actually 3 messages. A 15 min warning, one for 5 mins, and one informing residents the grid was going down.

I love those messages, since I have loads of trouble telling time.. or simple bad timing of logging in between the 15 min and the 5 min. But maybe they figured if they got started early, they'd be finished early? I certainly hope so! _____________________
