Thought this might be interesting information for you who live in unquakened lands. hehe

We had a shaker last night! (I just rolled my eyes and went back to sleep since I was so tired)

BUT looked it up this morning, this site is great.

Click on the area of the quake and it zooms in and gives the stats.

Looks like you're having a swarm down there.... looks like a much smaller swarm just north of Healdsburg too.
Actually the little blue squares (within the last day) seem to be making a big X in the state.
I hope that doesnt mean more my way (Up North), lol.

I lived in So Cal near where the Santa Monica freeway fell during the Northridge quake. THAT was one to remember.

we had a quake in new york last year. my parents freaked WAAAY out and were like "get in the basement NOW!" when 1: basement is a bad place to go during a quake and 2: the quake was over for 3 minutes before they said to get in the basement.

ahhh the fear of aftershocks.... how they mess with my parents so..

Dave -- I felt that one too. Small quake but had a wide coverage area... I'm from SoCal but I'm in NY for school, so it didn't really bother me, I was just like "don't think the couch has ever shook like that before"
