Ok, as usual, the slightest push has sent me in opposite direction. Pending Ramon Kothari's (who has been very fun and inspiring to work for and with occasionally) decision, Lindenburg may once again open it's doors to development.

BUT

And you knew that would be there.

THERE WILL BE RESCTRICTIONS. not content wise, they will mainly deal w/ how the outsides appearence, and how work will be destributed (I will not allow the streets to fall into such dissaray again, so Wednesday, if you could be a jewel, again lol, release all of your sidewalks, and any other associate's sidewalks, that way we can start hammering out new standards an all. Of course, if yall just want the beutiful land, then im afraid ill have to charge you 4 times as much for land, for destuction of a historic area (w/ no plans for replacement). This is mainly a way to fundraise for my own future projects...

But, if you genuinly would like to restore the neighborhood, ill go one step further and sell land to you at a loss of profit for me. Thats right, ive got HIGH land taxes, hehe. Anyway, this of course is all subject to Ramon's approval (as he is my leash to reality, a friend who I owe a good deal too. At anyrate, email me or chat w/ me in game. PS: I would, as a service to Lindenburg, be happy to maintain the streets....my only constant companion....my streets....lol, j/k
