Actually I don't think she'd have a problem with it at all. SL is for 18+. GTA was marketed for Teen.

Probably more stores than that but those are the ones I read about yesterday. By ESRB standards, SL would be rated AO also, since a M rating states it's for no one UNDER 17. So a 17 year old can play a M rated game, which I think is dumb. M should be 18+, while AO should be the gaming version of NC-17. |

I like how GTA for the AO rating for hidden game script that had to be purposely edited to be able to use, and all it is is non-explicet dry humping {heard that theres not even nudity in the part}. Now God of War is a game with nudity all about, plus an interactive sex game, as well as ripping heads of anything that has a body in the bloodest way possible. Yeah, I can see why GTA got an AO and God of War has a M rating.

Its okay for governments to recruit and train 17 year olds to kill people and send them to Iraq to do just that... yet theyre not allowed to play a lame sex-based minigame in GTA thats not even accessable without hacking? Sigh. Moral priorities much?
Rockstar/TakeTwo is just Hillary's scapegoat of choice. As has been pointed out, she seems to turn a blind eye to other, far more offending games.

Like any other politician, she latches onto the biggest twitter fest she can find and uses it to make herself look as 'good, sunshine, and light' as possible.
Everyone knows if parents were half as involved as they ought to be, this wouldn't be an issue. Some of us are just more willing to admit it than others. (shrug)

I confess I've paid no attention whatsoever to game ratings... On the one hand, the segregated teen grid should answer those concerns. On the other hand, the fact that the teens could do something naughty and offend each other's delicate sensibilities might require intervention by overzealous politicians who find that much easier than enforcing fiscal responsibility, or protecting the civil rights of the governed, or ... <GrumpyOldMan> Eh, we didn't need no darned ratings for Wizardry, or Ultima, or SubLogic Pinball, or... Where's my Ensure?  </GrumpyOldMan>
